You got it lower than i did. It pays to be patience.
EGM, should be declared any time from now. It should be earlier than dateline of the free-float proposal IMO

i hope i don't miss it this time. Yet i am still not willing to commit.
YMMV.
WB:-
1) Rule # 1, do not lose money.
2) Rule # 2, refer to # 1.
3) Not until you can manage your emotions, you can manage your money.
Truism of Investments.
A) Buying a security is buying RISK not Return
B) You can control RISK (to a certain level, hopefully only.) But definitely not the outcome of the Return.
NB:-
My signature is meant for psychoing myself. No offence to anyone. i am trying not to lose money unnecessary anymore.

I'd look at it in % terms and it's only a couple of % lower. No difference from getting a stock that was trading at 90ct at 88ct. I usually look at the absolute difference only if I'm considering whether to contra off a stock to switch to another which'd suddenly become more attractive.
I had the same sub-$9 target for a 2nd tikam but when it happened last week, I was too distracted by a few others in my watch list which'd dropped by 5% to 8%.....
Yes, I also think EGM ought to be very soon as the estimated date for the $3.28 payout was sometime in July.
I am working on a new "tikam" project. Recycling fund to prepare the "bullet", but slowed down by the market sentiment now.
The cash returned by F&N will become part of the "bullet"...

Good, the dividend will likely be paid around early Jul
