Gd short-term deposit rate to recommend

Hi anyone has any gd short-term SGD deposit rate to recommend?

I would suggest ANZ StepUp Time Deposit. Every 3mths can decide whether to continue with higher deposit, or withdraw. With $150k, the interest rate is 1.1%pa for 1st 3mth.

ocbc premier dividend also gives a similar rate, plus a freebie according to sum deposited.

additional advantage is that no need to join queue once u are premier customer should u do banking at any branch.

anybody 'deposit' minimum 200k with me I will give 2% how can? can? Big Grin

then I will find somewhere on the market to park that can earn 6% dividend or more and Keep the remainder after paying opm. Tongue

At least it helps in the way that one more party to blame (and sue) if thing doesn't workout. Big Grin

Wow..people start to believe that it is easy to do a carry trade and earn 4% from the market.

just read this, the total effective rate is only 1%....0.1% lower than anz's step up..think i will go for anz tomorrow..thanks
