Not bad, another down 9 to go . By the way, Hungry Ghost month total number of unit sold maintain at 1,421 units excluding EC.
Update: The Laurels August 12 Cumulative Units Sold to-date: 220 Median Price ($psf) in the Month: S$2,280 Units sold in the month: 1 Cumulative Units Launched but Unsold: 9 Total Number of Units: 229 96.1% out of the total number of units.

With the QE3 liquidity flows, this counter shd have no problem hitting 43cts in 3 weeks' time. if they management are those "developer wave follower" type, they should launch the Robin site by Oct or Nov regardless of the incr plot ratio, to take advantage of the QE3 liquidity, if any. Just in case, Germany or Spain throw in the towel in Feb 2013.
