Its the same as last year. Last AGM, they already mentioned that the guidance is 30% of net profit excluding revaluation surpluses. Wing Tai HK and Wing Tai Malaysia has contributed strongly to the group this year.

Floridian has already received TOP in June. Wing Tai has plenty of cash to payout.

European funds cashing out because they need money!

More selling of Wing Tai share from European Investors, Inc., European Investors Holding Company and Christian Lange at around $1.39. Hence, the short term share price should be capped at below $1.4 till the Full year result is announced.

cheeki, dont be fooled. Another fund is replacing them and buying up the shares we'll see in due course.
