Certainly Opal is a very good asset to hold long-term with the favourable ageing demographics' tailwinds and key reform legalisation largely finalised. They even obtained a $800million social loan from ANZ for expansion in September 2022 (https://www.theweeklysource.com.au/anz-l...ns-market/).

hi Scg8866t,

The offer price includes the 2 cents dividends. You can refer to section 2.1 (iv) in the offer announcement on 28th Feb for the entire details but below is a snippet:

Without prejudice to the foregoing, the Offer Price has been determined on the basis that the Offer Shares will be acquired with the right to receive any Distribution that may be declared, paid or made by the Company on or after the Offer Announcement Date

In this article, there is a reference to Opal Healthcare too: "the other aged-care business that may soon be subject to a partial sale is Opal Aged Care, previously owned by AMP Capital. US-based DigitalBridge may be keen to stage an exit after inheriting 25 per cent stake in the business through its purchase of the AMP Capital international infrastructure equity business."

GK Goh will be delisted in time to come. And so there will not be anymore chances to ask questions via this AGM setting in the future. It seems that SIAS is trying to tap on the Gohs' insights one last round with all these "pretty generic" questions
