Good news! We are at 8.6% now of shareholders who have contacted Pangolin to indicate they will vote NO to the delisting offer. We are getting closer to the 10% to veto the delisting resolution.

@ pianist - please write in soon to Pangolin if you agree the offer is not reasonable and you wish to vote no. Every vote counts!

Let's keep up the momentum. If you're a minority shareholder, write in to Pangolin using the 'Contact Us' page if you plan to vote no. If you cannot attend the EGM, we can help with your proxy vote, every share counts --- so please write in! Thank you very very much for working towards our collective good.

If you're not a Challenger shareholder but want to support the cause, please help spread the word!

actually i only provide them with number of shares and nothing else.

its just for them to get an indication of how many shares they can garner when time comes to reject.

might be good for you to contact them since they are consolidating

It's commendable for Pangolin to mobilise the dissenting shareholders.
It would be even better if Pangolin put more skin in the game by raising its stake in Challenger.

It is safe to appoint the chairman of the meeting as your proxy to vote. It is also more practical...imagine someone handling a number of voting machines and pressing all within a short time frame.
