Hit all time high today. Still vested. Company has businesses in the region as well as in China. The management seems competent and heavily vested in the company as well. Shall ride with them and see the company continue to grow.

Married deal at 50 cents total about 1.3 million shares. Price was trading around 40-42 cents for long long time before the current rise about 1-2 week ago. Seller took profit and buyer seems to have confidence in the future of the company judging by this married deal. I will stay vested.

Thanks! I see it In the BT website, volume and price. But how did u know it was a marred deal? Marred deal means negotiated and done off exchange right?

Chairman Chang is very consistent in buying his own company's shares. Maybe the CEO Dorcas will follow suit soon. They are heavily vested in Nordic along with another key member of the management team, but his name I can't recall now. Competent management is very important and this is one of the key reasons I am vested. For Chairman Chang to buy such a big amount shortly after the alleviation in the share price is indeed a strong vote of confidence he has in his own company.

Chairman Chang bought another 2.365 million shares on 12.10.17 at 50 cents. Today the price moved up strongly upon market open. I took the opportunity to divest about 35% of my holding and keeping the rest at virtually cost free after factored in dividends received thus far. Won't do anything to the rest of the holding for foreseeable future. Happy with this investment and hope to repeat it elsewhere.

Chairman Chang bought a total of 6.7M shares at 50cts.

He has made 2 very good acquisitions in the right space that generate a lot of cash. If he buys at 50cts, he can see that these companies may generate a lot more earnings.

Now the space is in the public sector utilities, train space... the contracts are like servicing, recurring in nature.

This chairman is indeed a very smart and savvy one.

Hang on for a good ride... :-)
