hi guys, I was just wondering.
How is the 3 YM contracts highly profitable at 20m a year? They bought those 3 ships in '08 at 210m with a 12 year contract.
20m x 12 = 240m
net profit after 12 years = 240m - 210m - financing cost + scrap value?
what am i missing?
