It is certainly not available in NLB.

Unless you are NUS students/staff, NUS lib is not free.
So, price of respecting IP is $xxx for NUS lib external membership.

Ok la. I asked my friend to help me borrow from NUS lib.
Zero cost to me.

Don't know NUS Lib external membership can borrow or not.

It is restricted book with a notice pasted on the cover. Lost or
damaged, pay $2000.

I must say it is a good book. But not a fantastic one.

I don't know the price of respecting the IP, but I do know the price of not respecting it.

The letter doesn't reveal much about what he expects in 2017 apart from volatility (which is pretty much common knowledge) and that there will be pockets of opportunities which his fund will (naturally) seize.

Guess the rich got rich by giving nothing away
