1139% oversubscribed? Understandable.... was supposed to be allotted only 500 warrants, but I hand itchy go apply excess 1,000,000 warrants. Judging on the results of the subscription, I think chances for me to get a sizable shares is slim.

I applied for 50,000,000 for the fun of it. Seems like alot of people here decided to share in the fun as well.

Bid 1,000,000 warrants, got only 2,500 credited. I wonder how the board decided the allocation, nothing being publish, majority goes to the pockets of the Cheng? The warrants are currently worth 5c of time value and zero intrinsic, who ever owns the warrants would have made 50 times paper profits. Now I briefly know the reason of the right issue, though no good news from the company, but the Cheng still make extra profit.

Anyone bought this recently? will price move up nearer to xd? xd date not announced yet. 3 cents dividend on a 38 cent stock quite good for an sti stock. imho.

This probably the reason of earlier right issue. I still have 1 lot (seriously) as I have fully sold the warrants. Question here is whether the 3c is sustainable, we shall see...

Hai Leck just declared 2 cents and 3 cents interim and special dividends.

They are bucking the trend for O&G sector???

Barely into the new year and Mr Cheng is giving shareholders another big 'Angbao' with 5 cts dividend.

For 1H17 slight increase in revenue while profits increase from 3.445m to 4.801m. NAV now at 61.2 cts with 35 cts cash.

Quite impressive considering the state of O&G now, while many are doing rights issue and rolling over debts, shareholders here are receiving bundles of cash.
