I own a few shares. Can someone clarify these points please - I wasn't able to find it in the 26-page document

1) why are there 3 prices $0.815 / $0.825 / $0.84

2) what is the time line? (they speak of an "Effective Date" which is not stated anywhere)

3) is this an offer to all shareholders? ie for all outstanding shares? If I want to sell (at 0.84) am I sure to be able to sell?

Thanks!

Hi Frus,

I am not vested and have briefly browsed thru the documents. Other guru VBs here can help to advise.

1) why are there 3 prices $0.815 / $0.825 / $0.84

$0.84 is the offer price.

2) what is the time line? (they speak of an "Effective Date" which is not stated anywhere)

You will be receiving or would have received the Amalgamation Document and the letter to vote. Probably the effective date and other details are set out in the Amalgamation Document.

sell as in open market? I guess the options are to:-

1) accept at 84 cents
2) accept the new share
3) reject

To me, this seems more of a takeover than amalgamation.. anyway hope it helps. Smile

Why are people selling at 81 cents when the offer to take over is set at 84 cents? People so desperate for immediate cash?
