Happymeowmeow,

Yes. They do, albeit in the form of long-term maintenance contracts. For example, take a look at their 5-year maintenance contract worth 7m.

By totaling up the known 'maintenance' contracts, you can sort of get a rough idea of the 'recurring' income.

That being said, bulk of their profits would come from deliveries of facilities.

Based on the low level of order books and lack of any significant contract wins that we discussed a few months back,it turns out to be true that the revenue tumbled eventually during 1Q 2015.

"The Group has received a healthy level of enquiries for firearm shooting ranges and tactical training mock-ups from authorities in Southeast Asia and the Middle East. The Group will continue to respond to these enquiries and requests for tenders, and expects to secure more new contracts in this and the next few quarters. "-->I hope this is not another round of pure optimism.

As said before, the high remuneration of the newly recruited directors should be justified by the size of the order books won.It seems that the management teams are highly optimistic about the prospects in the Middle East but so far no concrete big contract wins from that region.

With a low float level of 20% and 40%/40% held by each director/chairman,I do hope they will increase their shareholdings to signal confidence in their strategy.

I expect the share price to tumbled over the next few weeks though.

(Vested but will not be adding more)

With both of them holding 80%, I don't think they will add more...

In fact, both holding a total of 80% was one of the catalyst for its growth story.

Good luck to you bear bro.

Not easy for share price to move much, when two persons control around 80% of the total float.

I noticed quite a number of one-liner post, on price movement from you in several threads. Your focus seems more on TA than FA.

S$16.1 million of contracts to design, supply and install firearm shooting ranges in the Middle East.
"Work on these projects is scheduled to commence in the third quarter of 2015 with completion expected by December 2016."

Have to emphasize that their order wins for the Middle East region are still below expectations formed during the IPO period though.
