Stratech is not for short term punt.

So u mean this co is for long term? This co was listed in the 1998s. Do you know how much shareholder value they have destroyed over the 15+ years? Its still the same chairman at the co.

I just want to know CP vested at what price before her aggressive promotion of this stock? Just for transparent sake. She is free not to disclose it if she so desired.

Well, they just restructured recently. Changes are good. I think they can foresee contracts win that's why they restructured. Right now, everything is speculations.
Time to roll!!!

Ot. How you its a "her"? @@

I think cp has been promoting many other counters.
The thing I am scared most is not nightmares or market crashes..... Its my greed that I fear the most.

When people ask what is my target price, I never have any good answer for it because Philip Fisher said before (in Common Stock Uncommon Profit) that the best time to sell is never. Equity investment is buying into ownership, not betting slips.

The path to greatness and wealth is necessarily dangerous.... because greed is a fearsome fore that threatens your success at every step.

well, this provides a good summary in terms of the SWOT, Five Forces etc.
You can count on the greed of man for the next recession to happen.

Very good report by Phillip Security.

The report mentioned that 2015 would likely be profitable as well. However, the report said that if no new contract is won, then 2016 is likely to see loss (See page 9 and 10)
But given that Stratech has recently won the $50mil HK project in Feb 2015, will it register profit for 2016?

Given that its market cap is now already higher than the minimum $40mil, will it be released from SGX watch list soon?

Well, they just restructured recently. Changes are good. I think they can foresee contracts win that's why they restructured. Right now, everything is speculations.

So what has changed in the restructuring except that one now own the holding company so that "The proposed restructuring, by having Stratech Group as the investment holding company and listed entity, ring-fences the listed entity from the operating entities and direct operating risks, Stratech Systems said in its circular issued to shareholders earlier."

ie in simple english that Stratech Systems can fail and it wouldn't affect the listed entity. Asset & Business remains the same... the Structure has changed.

I would be looking out where the $1.5m shareholder's loan now resides... Stratech Group or still at Stratech systems; and the outcome of his guarantee of $2.3m debt.

I'm also keen to know what is the cashflow generated from Changi airport since I read the system has been operational for past 6 years already?

BTW project value is NON RECURRING. Usually maintenance value is about 5% of project value.
