OUTCOME OF LITIGATION AGAINST BOUSTEAD SINGAPORE LIMITED
The Board wishes to update that Arab Banking Corporation (B.S.C.) (the "Defendant") had on 10 April 2015 filed an appeal to the Court of Appeal against the decision of the High Court whereby the Defendant's claim against the Company for sums of US$3,760,387.95 and US$15,021,093.25 under the facility agreement was dismissed and the Defendant "is injuncted from receiving payment from the Company under the facility agreement Demand and is injuncted from making payment to BCD's CG Demands."
I was reading the circular published on 16 April by Boustead with regards to the creation of the new BP Distribution shares.
Here is an excerpt from the circular.
"Expected date and time for commencement of
trading of odd lots of 10 BP Shares on the
temporary odd lot counter established by the
SGX-ST"
How does the trading of odd lots by SGX works?
Does one sell it through SGX as the "broker"?

Since listing by introduction, there is no prospectus, but a circular to shareholder. The circular can be downloaded from SGX website below
