You sound like expert. Can I ask why the price is stuck at 975?

Dumping.... and keeping "some", so that can see agm. lmao.
The thing I am scared most is not nightmares or market crashes..... Its my greed that I fear the most.

When people ask what is my target price, I never have any good answer for it because Philip Fisher said before (in Common Stock Uncommon Profit) that the best time to sell is never. Equity investment is buying into ownership, not betting slips.

The path to greatness and wealth is necessarily dangerous.... because greed is a fearsome fore that threatens your success at every step.

A lot of good property counter are trading cheaply, like Wing Tai too, But are they too really suck? Unless one can provide solid data that they are instead of just one shrholder selling as the reason, which is not true.

THis happen to UMS too. The CEO Andy sold some shr way back and cause the px to drop, but look at it now. it is doing fine. I got my dividend every yr and captial gain too.

Buyback again today, 1.6 mil shares at around 97 cents.

If a major shr holder want to sell, might as well buy from him, as marriage deal again all his holding.

But since, he is selling only 17m shr, and not all, could be he see more upside for CES, and at same time he see opportunity elsewhere where he can put this money to good use. If not, why he did not continue to sell all.

You can't find out anymore if he continues selling. Once his stake goes below the mandatory reporting level of 5%, any further selling won't be disclosed.

However you may be able to guess of his further disposal if you notice anymore "big lots" being sold. He does have quite a few more million shares he can cash in.

if you have any doubt, query, question, you should find the answers, or even raise this up during AGM.
Guessing, and trying to know why price stuck at 97, isn't that is not wise.
for people who think price stuck at 97, some other could be pretty comfortable where They bought at 10 cent, 30 cent, 60 cent... dy is 60% 20% 10%...
some selling at 97 cent they could have find another counter which is worth to out the bet on it rather this DEL... buying and selling has so many reason... why guessing? just clear your doubt by finding the answer, if you still feel uncomfortable on this, just sell... there are thousand of stock out there.
share price rise want to know why, drop want to know why, stuck also want to know why. Aduh!
share price rise can find reason explain, drop can find reason explain, sttuck also can find reason explain. Aduh!

Thanks you for sharing. But I assume if the coy know he is cashing out, they may initiate a marriage deal to have the rest of his share, better than he sell openly in the market as to cause the price to drop. It is in the interest of the company to protect their share price.

Thias statement is only true if management or major shareholders have vested interest in the foreseeable future.

In general if there is no need to access capital markets, companies don't really care about share price.

You are right. Too many reasons for the price stagnation. I think its not just CES. If you observe Sheng Siong, price floating in between 79 to 80 cents for quite a number of days.

There is no real good reason why. May be there are traders playing the few cent movements. The other counters I have been watching seem to show the same "symptoms". In any case, trying to guess short term fluctuation is probably as hard or worse than guessing what the 4D number is for the weekend. Idea

One day, I walked pass ba chor mee store and fish soup store. I used to have ba chor mee and that day i had fish soup. Both are nice, but I'm inherently irrational like many other people. Good food, but too many to choose. Choose one, doesn't mean others no good. It just happened to be me. Big Grin
