Then 36million shares kenna foreclosed(eaten up) by BHP International Markets !!!

At S$0.19, 36million shares=S$6.84 million

Wonder why share price still so high.......fools still holding on? This company seem like got big trouble coming.

The company was a "hot stock" months ago, with a story of environmental solution to China polluted air. The company share price was hovering around 60 cents around early 2014. Beware of "Hot stock", it might bite you. Big Grin

The company outstanding share is around 808 mil share. A 36 million share means around 4% of outstanding shares. Concern? Yes, Panic? may be not.

Having said so, the foreclosure of pledged shares of a company Chairman, is definitely not a good sign, at all time.

Funny rite?

Why insiders don' t buy & support share price when market price was low? 1million shares each only while daily total volume can be so much higher?

Funny funny.....ha ha...... & why all 3 fellows buy 1 million shares.... so coincident? What can minority holders do? People will see & imagine good profits & get sucked in..........

How come the company don' t have to explain clearly why CEO pledged shares kenna foreclosed?

More on the "once-very-hot" company...

China Environment may have to raise cash if customers cannot pay on time

SINGAPORE (Nov 3): China Environment ( Valuation: 1.50, Fundamental: 1.70), a supplier of industrial gas cleaning equipment, says it may have to raise additional capital if its customers fail to pay up on time due to current conditions.

Credit for China Environment's customers is currently tight and work progression is slow, the company adds.

"Collection of the group's trade receivables from its customers may be slow or not on time as and when they fall due, and the group may require to seek fresh funds either from existing shareholders, new private placements, or other debt financing methods such as issue of preference shares, notes or bonds," the company says.

The announcement came a week after the company said a wholly owned subsidiary in China faced loan repayment demands from a branch of Citic Bank. China Environment says on Monday that working capital after a proposed $3.2 million share placement will be enough to meet current requirements.

Yet Another S-cheat: CHINA ENVIRONMENT

The list of S-cheats, long as it is, continues to expand.

China Environment yesterday (6 Jan) announced that its statutory auditor, RT LLP, had conducted surprise site visits, on the request of the Board, to ascertain the existence and validity of receivables due from Anhui Shengyun Mechanical Co. Ltd ( “AHSY” ) and Nanning Youji Technology Co Ltd ( “NNYJ” )

RT -- recently appointed auditor of the company -- was unable to locate NNYJ's physical place of operations based on the address furnished by the previous Finance Department, which is the same address indicated in the confirmation received by auditor RT during their audit.

Not unexpected, just avoid any stock with China or Sino in front of it loh, plenty of other good local company to invest with Big Grin

In fact given the impending China/USA trade war and likely tighter lending conditions, more of this type of company will start coming out. Especially if the auditors and regulators get even stricter.
