Dear forummers,

I am trying to get my hands on Annual Reports of the companies listed on SGX. I know I can get them on SGX website. However, what I want is the annual reports of all the companies in the past 10 years on a CD or in a zipped file. Somebody says start with the As, though having the discipline to carry through is another matter.

Does anyone know whether this is available?

Thank you.

Download whatever you can from SGXNet and the Company's website. Then get the rest directly from the Company itself. I've called to ask for old copies of Annual Reports before, and if they do have copies they usually oblige. If not, you can always try for a soft copy.

That said, assuming you want the 10-year numbers, you can usually get the last 5 years annual reports as the 2005 version will have the 5-year summary from 2001-2005, so that's usually enough for my purposes. However, if you want to read say the Chairman's Statement, MD&A and Operational Review every year, then it's best to get the actual report itself.

The National Library reference section has a PC station with the information u need, besides storing hard copies of old Annual Reports. U can't copy them out though, so u need to do all your research there.
