Yeah man, e.g. Hui Xian REIT is trading at both a huge discount to NAV and at a high yield of approx 8.5%.

I would caution against short selling though, unless your 定力 is solid.... Tongue i.e. market can be irrational longer than you are liquid...

Dipping in at 60.5. Has fallen to an attractive level with a yield of 8.5%. Assuming without the income support, which will expire in 2021, the yield would be approx 6.4% which is still decent.

Strange there is a programmed selling of 300 shares every 75 seconds for the past few days.

Very strange indeed! Have never seen this kind of program selling before. Would appreciate viewpoints from somebody who can explain the rationale for this trading behavior.

Most brokerages allow amalgamated trades (except Stan Chart) within the same day for the same counter.

Going by what you mentioned, that means 384 trades of 300 shares are done. At the end of the day, the brokerage will show a transaction of only 115200 shares and will just charge commission base on one transaction premise.

It also preents a massive selldown as the seller can sell slowly instead of one chunk.
